South Lynches Fire Department Run Box System

South Lynches utilizes a predetermined run box system to ensure that the closest available apparatus is sent to emergency calls.  This information has been provided to Florence County Comunications for the dispatch of South Lynches Fire Department Units.  To view our run box system click on the links to the right.

How the System Works

Look up the street name and/or address block range in the Run Cards.  Once you have located the correct street name and address range look to the right and you will see the the Run Box Number.  Go to the corresponding Run Box Number in the Run Boxes and you will see which SLFD units are sent according to the type of call.  For mutual aid response go to Mutual Aid Cards and look for the Department that you are responding mutual aid to.
