Computer-Based Training Available
By: James R. Epps
South Lynches now has available to its members computer-based training modules that were purchased via the Fire Act Grant. All members have been assigned a user name and password to come by the District Office and use the training laptop to complete these training modules on their own time. The program allows the user to enroll and complete these training modules through a computer-based learning system. The system tracks your time spent and maintains records of the modules the user completes. The user is tested several times through each of the modules and must sucessfully complete the test before moving on to the next section. If you want to refresh your knowledge or earn extra training hours or make up missed drill hours, please make use of this new system. The following course modules are now up and running.
